Practice Schedule
Practices start on Tuesday May 26
Monday thru Thursday (no practice on Friday evenings) through June 12, after which we switch to morning practices.
11 & older - 4:30 - 5:30 pm
10 & under - 5:30 - 6:15 pm
Strive for 25 - 6:45 - 7:15pm

open "early-bird" --> 7:15 - 8:15 am
[ NOTE- "open" is NOT meant to suggest that this session is for anyone to "drop in" as needed; "open" is meant to indicate FOR ANY AGE GROUP. Our intention is for swimmers to COMMIT to REGULAR USE of the 730am session; this is necessary for the coaches to plan a proper practice. Of course, if a swimmer occasionally has to use or miss this session, we can work with that. But we need to have a steady cohort of swimmers to make this session work. If there is inadequate participation, we will have to drop the early session]
8 & under --> 8:15-9:00am
9-12 --> 9:00-9:45am
13 & older --> 9:45-10:45 am
Practice Policies
- Be on time and be ready to get in to the pool when your session is scheduled to start
- Inform the coach if you will miss practice (this affects planning of drills, etc)
- Pay attention to your coaches!
- Check facebook or the Swimtopia app for updates regarding weather, etc.
