1)  we only have about half our families responding to the RSVP for team banquet.  PLEASE RSVP (yes or no) soon so we can plan properly

2) we have about a THIRD of our swimmers with swimathon pledges; a good start, but it is only a week away!  Please get those swimathon pledges in!
